It's an exciting chapter in the history of Schlam's high pressure cleaning division, THE PILBARA CLEAN MACHINES, also known as TPCM. Recently, TPCM underwent a significant transformation in its management, now being led by the highly successful fabrication maintenance division, helmed by the renowned Daniel Hilmi.
By integrating TPCM with the fabrication division, Schlam is now able to provide a comprehensive end-to-end solution for both mobile and fixed plant maintenance services. This strategic move ensures that teams have visibility of the equipment they are working on, as high-pressure cleaning plays a crucial role in enhancing productivity.
Adding to the team's expertise, the arrival of Coordinator Richard Foan brings a fresh perspective and valuable support to drive operations forward.
Under this new leadership structure, TPCM has emerged stronger than ever. With streamlined processes and a deeper integration into Schlam's award-winning culture, TPCM is well on its way to achieving remarkable success.
As a leading provider of sophisticated high-pressure, high-temperature cleaning services for the repair and maintenance of earthmoving and mining equipment, TPCM quickly earned a stellar reputation for its unwavering commitment to service and exceptional results.
In 2015 Schlam seized a rare opportunity to acquire 75% of TPCM. July 2022 marked a monumental milestone in Schlam's 25+-year history as they completed the acquisition, now fully owning TPCM under the Schlam Group.
One of TPCM's greatest strengths lies in its fleet of specialised equipment, meticulously designed to tackle high-pressure cleaning tasks in even the harshest and most challenging environments. Over the years, TPCM has worked closely with its suppliers, fostering constant collaboration to develop highly capable and reliable equipment that guarantees optimal results for our esteemed customers.
Expanding beyond its existing services, TPCM has introduced on-site high-pressure cleaning packages, broadening its scope of work. This strategic move enables us to provide comprehensive cleaning solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Our cutting-edge equipment fleet is complemented by a team of highly trained and dedicated professionals, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional results and timely project completion.
With Schlam now fully integrated with TPCM and under the expert leadership of Dan, we continue our upward trajectory, embracing new opportunities, and further solidifying our position as a leader in the high-pressure cleaning industry. The future shines brightly for TPCM, and we are thrilled to embark on this journey of growth and success alongside our valued clients and partners.
