In December 2019, Schlam sponsored four U16s and U14s girls teams in the 2019 NRL WA Harmony Cup Rugby League Carnival held in Port Kennedy. The Oceania U16s green and blue teams and U14s girls teams in the 2019 NRL WA Harmony Cup Rugby League Carnival held in Port Kennedy.
Conducted under the banner of “bringing our communities together – celebrating culture and diversity through Rugby League,” the Harmony Cup is a nine-a-side competition that provides participants with the opportunity to represent their country of origin, meet and connect with new people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
This year the Oceania team celebrated their second year in the Harmony Cup and Schlam outfitted all four teams with team jerseys.

Team representative Matt Brown and founder & coach, Lenoir Taire both said that the girls were grateful for the sponsorship.
“We are proud of our team’s commitment to the development of this tournament. The girls participate in club competitions throughout the season, which has led to opportunities for individuals to represent Western Australia and recently Combined Affiliated State Teams which has strengthened the growth of female participation in WA,” said Mr Brown.
